After some time of using ArcGIS 10 for enterprise I found out that ArcGIS 10 is easy to learn, but the implementation is difficult. It is better to use ArcGIS 10 as a small product for my business and use other products for commercialization, cause ArcGIS 10 is not a commercial product.
Abstract
This article considers the relationship between the type of technology used to support information processing and the knowledge process for professional roles in information technology (IT). We argue that in terms of performance and user experience, we need to move beyond the traditional user-centric approach which is focused on the support of cognitive processes and systems. We propose a better approach to support workers' tasks by considering the type of knowledge they are undertaking to perform their roles, such as searching, interpreting and analysing information. To support the information processing involved in these tasks, we propose a method for organising knowledge into chunks of information related to a single process which include (but are not limited to) the domains of information retrieval and information mining. This method provides a way of unifying the seemingly disparate fields of information retrieval and information mining.

I'm using MongoDB and mongoose. I'm trying to find one user in my database by using its _id.
Here's how my model looks:
const mongoose = require('mongoose');
const Schema = mongoose.Schema;
const userSchema = new Schema({

type: String,
required: true,
minLength: 2,
unique: true
},
password: String,
email: {
type: String,
required: true,
